According to Ofgem, if you had initiated the switch before Pure Planet collapsed, that should go through as normal. https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/information-consumers/energy-advice-households/what-happens-if-your-energy-supplier-goes-bust
The only potential problem is that a "normal" switch doesn't transfer any credit balance - so if Pure Planet owed you money, you will have to chase Pure Planet's administrators for that.0 -
