Watch out, don't believe this is a genuine company. Placed order in September and not received. Thankfully ordered on invoice for a primary school. Constantly being harassed for payment of the invoice with claims of threats for compensation iF we don't pay in 7 days. Why would We pay if we haven't got the goods yet! Emailed them several times, completed numerous on line forms and all you get back is a weak response with no resolution (unless they are chasing the money). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We appreciate emotions can run high should you experience poor service from companies, but we cannot accept active calls to boycott organisations as we are unable to verify the service you received.
However, as the OP doesn't mention the company, the exhortation to
is pointless.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.0 -
Maybe I'm reading this incorrectly.. but it seems the OP is complaining about non-delivery of goods prior to payment?1

Must try that with Amazon next time I order something. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2 -
It's a strange post. I would expect...place order, pay for goods, receive goods however this will depend on the contract which may state place order, receive goods, pay for goods0

I think it is too.born_again said:Which company?

The company I worked for ordered goods and paid the invoice which came with the goods.
So...not a consumer rights problem.0
