Can anyone advise me please? I have sold a property which PAS property services holds the leasehold for. I have paid for the LPE1 form to be completed but I haven’t had the dome returned and now cannot contact the company. I paid at the beginning of August and this is now holding up completion. I have contacted the property ombudsman but they are not registered on their database and I also contacted the leasehold advisory service only to be told that I would have to make an appointment to speak to someone, but that would be in at least a weeks time. Has anyone any advise or alternative routes I could try?

I assume PAS own, or manage, the freehold, not the leasehold? But peraps you could clarify.

I also assume you've actually not sold this property as yet?

Can anyone offer any advice? I have a lease on a flat who PAS Property Services are the freehold landlord for. I am trying to sell and accepted an offer 5 months ago but the sale cannot complete as PAS refuse to answer my solicitors request for a management pack of details. The warden and the property management company who maintain the property have only the standard address and phone number.
We have written, emailed and left daily phone messages but cannot contact them. 
Is there anyway I can use the court to force them to respond. We have been waiting for answers for over 3 months now.

Hello I have exactly the same issue for 4+ months. Did you manage to find a resolution or did you take them to court to get an answer?
