Ripped Off

I put a order in with Prime health zone, the other day. Can someone one advise me on this. I pressed the button and thought it would take me to the basket which it didn't just went straight to the payment didn't see the total or anything they went straight to the bank and took the money out. Is this allowed, also I haven't had any confirmation of the order no tracking not heard anything. I have informed the bank of this. They did say its looking into this (so called firm) not to sure what I can do. Any help on this.
Thank you

if you try to duplicate what you ordered does that match the amount that was taken from your account?

is there any customer service with Prime that you can contact?

  • No the amount doesn't match at all. Should have been £39.00, they took £198.50. I always thought you had a check out. Before you commit.
I did send email no answer yet.

Did you already have an account with them? If not, they can only have taken the money after you put your bank details in. So at what stage did you do that?

What have the company said when you contacted them?

ETA - their FB page referencing people ordering 1 bottle but getting sent 5, at a cost of £198. Looks like a common trick they pull. Where abouts are they based/the goods being sent from?
Did you pay by credit card or some other means?

Given 98% of their Trustpilot ratings are negative and the top Google searches are about it being a scam you're probably right - what did you order and how did you pay ?

Anything on their website that shows that you have an account with them?  I know with some sites I have used it will show what I have ordered previously.  If there's something like that it might show that you had (inadvertently) ordered 4 items instead of one or added items that you had viewed but didn't intend to purchase.

And how did you pay?  Credit card??  I understand chargeback might be easier to deal with but there's others that are more in the know than me.

  • There is no account on this website. It just feels very very wrong. No check out, no basket, no account, no confirmation, no tracking.
  • Payment was done by debit card.

Payment was done by debit card.
How did they get those details if you have no account with them and did not go through the checkout process?
  • I put the details in, that's what it asked, I know it was silly, never been asked or done that before. I did fill all the details out, email, address, mobile number all off that. But I've not heard anything nothing. Surely there should have been a total, email anything.
