Hi everyone,
Happy anniversary Stayathome.
Good luck with the job application RR. You must be so thankful Gers, I know it was a weight off my mind when mum's house completed.
TA, I'm glad you had a lovely time with DD.
We had a full on day yesterday. Laura left Esben with us because she had a work thing, we took him and Ziggy down to South Mimms at his bedtime to meet Brian as it's halfway between us. Then at 11pm Chris rang to say that Crystal was stranded at Potters Bar because of signal failure at Hitchin. He was in Southampton so couldn't go to get her so we went down and took her and two other passengers back to Huntingdon, it was 1.40 before we got home (the A1 was a nightmare of closed sections). Crystal said she had told Chris not to ring us but we're glad she did because they would have been there for hours.
It took me another couple of hours to get to sleep though so I feel like a bit of a limp rag today. Steve's playing golf so I shall take it easy.
Have a good day.

Good afternoon everyone.Dull again! My veg box has just arrived so will put that away in a min, they always put something in to make soup- broc & stilton this week, they even put the cheese in
unless of course you request otherwise. I might make that later. I've had a text from the opticians, my altered specs are ready ( they put the lenses in the wrong way round
) so may just hop on the bus and pick them up.
