Unable to get confirmation of fee free balance transfer

Applied for and was accepted for the no fee 0% balance transfer credit card. When trying to setup a transfer online, it's far from clear whether or not I'll be charged a fee. Tried to get confirmation from someone on the HSBC chat and kept being told there is a fee.

Have you checked the attachments in the e-mails you received ? Every card I have signed up for sends all theT&Cs etc.
