Free boiler scam?
Options
A relative claims to have had a free boiler fitted, even though they are not on any kind of benefit. On the basis that there is no such thing as a free lunch, I assume this is some kind of scam. Has my relative been scammed? If so, how? Or is the contractor scamming the government in some way?
