Refunds??

So I am on the same boat …. Did anyone got a refund?? What to do?? I received day2&8 test on 9th day of quarantine…!!! bank won’t do anything as I have my goods 😳 bought 2 sets of test £92 each + £7.99 each for EXPRESS DELIVERY!!? 

Will I get help here?

What do the company terms and conditions say about guaranteed delivery/

They probably say we are not liable for very much. I'd throw them in the bin and sue (or at least do a chargeback).
