I purchased a golf deal from Midland Golf.
The merchant withdrew the offer and I was not informed.
it came to light when I tried to use the vouchers.
I contacted Groupon expecting a full refund. They gave me Groupon bucks.
As the voucher was due to expire I purchased something that I really did not want.
I have £3.84 left in Groupon bucks which will expire in December 2021.
I have been told I cannot get this money back.
So the choice I have is to put this towards something else that I don’t really want or lose the money.
I wonder how many more people are in this situation.
A nice little earner for Groupon.
