  • Noted perhaps, but I doubt they'd keep a permanent record after passing it to the supplier.
    If Symbio haven't administered the meter change and the customer hasn't recorded it then is there really no record of the old meter's reading anywhere?
    I find this surprising, I'd expect the company running the actual power network to have a record but perhaps not.

    The DNO should have a record but how you'd go about getting it from them is another matter. I think the new supplier would only be able to do that.
