Noted perhaps, but I doubt they'd keep a permanent record after passing it to the supplier.If Symbio haven't administered the meter change and the customer hasn't recorded it then is there really no record of the old meter's reading anywhere?I find this surprising, I'd expect the company running the actual power network to have a record but perhaps not.0
