Not sure if this is the right board but looking for some guidance please
We are looking at putting a LPOA in place for my parents financial affairs - struggling to understand if
- The each require a LPOA & therefore we need to register 2 LPOAs ?
or
- We can register a joint LPOA for them (they are married) ?
Thanks in advance - all help gratefully received
