I've been having a nightmare with getting a refund from SeeTickets.
After a court claim and CCJ I finally got my money back and have a phone number that might be of help to other people: 01159129135
They don't operate any phone lines or emails so if you're struggling, give that a go. Be prepared for an abrupt and unpleasant response though...
