TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Win a Winter holiday with Jet2Holidays on Absolute Radio” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

 

1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	This competition is running on: 1.      Absolute Radio   On air competition Each day between 6am and 10am on Monday 18th October 2021 to Friday 22nd October 2021. 2 entrants, who have successfully entered online and entered their correct details online, will be phoned and brought to air to play Holiday Head to Head. Each day 2 entrants will go head-to-head for one person to win the prize mentioned below (1.0 and 5.0). The presenters will ask the first entrant a question (entrant 1), they will ask the second entrant (entrant 2) another question. If both get the question right, the rounds will continue until 1 entrant gets the question right and the other wrong in that round. A round is entrant 1 followed by entrant 2 question.   There will be 1 overall winner per day. (5 total across the week) given away on air.   The presenter’s decision is final.   Entrants will be drawn each day at 12:00pm (noon) on each of the days below for each of the holidays mentioned. 2 people will be brought to air to play. We will randomly select a shortlist of all entrants who have entered throughout the entry dates (3.0): -        Entrants will be drawn on Friday 15th October 2021 to play on Monday 18th October 2021 for the Lanzarote holiday. (Prize 1 in 5.0) -        Entrants will be drawn on Monday 18th October 2021 to play on Tuesday 19th October 2021 for the Gran Canaries holiday. (Prize 2 in 5.0) -        Entrants will be drawn on Tuesday 19th October 2021 to play on Wednesday 20th October 2021 for the Cyrus holiday. (Prize 3 in 5.0) -        Entrants will be drawn on Wednesday 20th October 2021 to play on Thursday 21st October2021 for the Turkey holiday. (Prize 4 in 5.0) -        Entrants will be drawn on Thursday 21st October 2021 to play on Friday 22nd October 2021 for Iceland holiday (Prize 5 in 5.0)   Entrant(s) will be contacted via phone. If the entrant(s) does not answer, a new entrant will be contacted. Entrants may be contacted and told they are on the shortlist, but this does not mean they are a winner or a finalist.   Additional online competition An additional sixth winner will be randomly selected by random electronic draw on Monday 25th October 2021, they will win the Krakow holiday (Prize 6 in 5.0) The winner will be contacted via phone. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, they will automatically forfeit their prize and a new winner will be contacted.

3. ENTRY DATES	Start Date and End Date. From Wednesday 13th October 2021 at 00.01am (“Start Date”) to Sunday 24th October 2021 at 23:59pm (“End Date”).   Entries for the on-air competition will be shortlisted the previous working day   Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider (Jet2holidays and any companies within the Jet2 plc group of companies), must not enter. Any such entries will be void. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Specific Terms.
