Joint bank account where one spouse is not resident in UK

I'm looking for a UK bank joint account that gives the best interest on deposits, where one partner is resident outside of the UK (but in the EU).
I am separated but we have some joint money that needs holding until we sort out our finances. A deposit account would be fine so long it allows say, 30 days notice to withdraw.
It needs to have a dual signatory feature where withdrawals need both parties to approve.
Most UK bank accounts appear to exclude non-UK resident account holders.
Can anyone recommend a bank or building society account that meets these criteria?
