Starling Bank - Push Payment Fraud Refusal to Support

Go to the police, not sure why you think the bank should pay money back or what do you wish to happen? Your appointments are the responsibly of you. The bank in this case simply seem to have been a tool in the fraud. It is like crashing your car and then asking the car company to give you a new car because you crashed, or asking them for a new car if your car got stolen. No way, you go to the police and report it stolen, then you have to pick up the pieces. Do you run a business? I think you need to seek advice on better vetting and checks, and also for yourself, educate on the risks to you and your business and have clear understanding of what could go wrong and how you could prevent it. A harsh lesson learned this time but for next time you can prevent it.0
