Kiwi.com disappearance!

Hi, I see various bad comments about these crooks. My refund is still not forthcoming. The airline says it's a Kiwi issue. Only Kiwi can request the refund. I had a no-reply email from Kiwi confirming they had made the refund request but nothing has happened. I can find no actual address or email or telephone number for Kiwi. Their online message service remains unanswered. Does anyone have any suggestions or the Kiwi contact details? Thanks.

    They are based in Brno in the Czech Republic.

    Being an online ticket seller I doubt they have a big customer service team and probably expect people to use their FAQ’s or manage and communicate with then via the online manage my booking type tools. Sellers of cheap tickets can’t afford these people luxuries.

    Kiwi is known for cobbling together unprotected flights. I’m sure many people have no problems with simple transactions with them but when things go a miss, or a global pandemic badly hits the aviation industry, the problems start.
