Double Bummer! Igloo and Avro

The morning I received the email from AVRO to say the switch from IGLOO will be completed "tomorrow" they folded but they had already taken an upfront of £250. I thought that as the switch was not complete we would stay with Igloo who we are in credit with ...and then of course they folded.
I know that Igloo customers will be migrated to Eon but to date nothing from Eon and I am wondering if we have fallen through a gap. 
I have taken photos of meter readings on the day the switch should have happened and started a "putaside" standing order to ring fence what should have left my account.
How do I get my money back from AVRO who never became my supplier? 
How long should I wait without a supplier?

    All I had read was that Octopus were taking over Avro accounts BUT as far as I was concerned I did not have an AVRO account as the switch was not completed and they had supplied me ZERO.
    The section MWT has pasted from yesterday's update is the first time I had read or heard  ANYTHING regarding anyone mid switch.
    I will now sit back and wait for Octopus to get their tentacles on to my (also begins with T).

    I switched from Igloo to Avro late July. Avro never created me a bill (despite providing monthly readings), not sent my readings through to Igloo properly. So now I have credit tied up in both Igloo and Avro, and no bill for either, lol.

    Phoning Igloo's support just gives a message about giving their team time to digest the info, and they'll give billing support at some point. Just gotta keep trying I guess. I kept asking for a bill, but neither side generated one. Fortunately got recordings of my readings.
