Notice of Transfer of proceedings

I recently had a online money civil claim for £89 of which I paid. The claimant kept denying I have paid. I completed a N443 form with my proof but the claimant still insists it has not been paid. I have now recieved a letter stating notice of transfer proceedings to my local court. I have called the in line civil money claims to ask for further advice but wasn’t helpful. It states “Because this order has been made without a hearing the parties have the right to apply to have the order set aside varied or stayed A party making such an application must send or deliver the application to the court (with appropriate fee) to arrive seven days of this order”
can anyone tell me what they would advise me to do ? Should I apply to have this set aside if so how do I do this as the online money claim service wouldn’t tell me what I needed to do or should I wait to go to my local court?
