Has anyone successfully claimed the 5th grant after the deadline?

The deadline to claim was 30th September, as we've now past that date you won't be able to claim because claims have now closed. . https://www.gov.uk/guidance/work-out-your-turnover-so-you-can-claim-the-fifth-seiss-grant
