I reside in the UK and have a 2 year old grandchild who is a UK citizen but living in Europe.
I would like to invest a small sum monthly in a Tracker Fund for her.
I realise she is not entitles to an ISA.
Bestinvest will not accept investors who are not resident.
Two questions -
1. Which investment firm will accept non-resident investors?
2. What could be a suitable tracker fund, preferably ethical?
Thanks

If you cannot find a platform that would permit you ( resident investor) to open an investment account in bare trust for your non-resident grandchild (have you tried AJ Bell), you could still open an account, make the modest monthly investment and regard it as money set aside for your grandchild.
You could mention it in your will as a specific bequest (in case you should predecease him or her).
