Neo Energy are to be avoided at all cost. I switched both gas and electricity over to Neo way back in April. In June I realised that my previous supplier and Neo were charging me for gas still. After hours on the phone, leaving messages for no one to reply. I finally received as message from Neo saying the gas will be switched over Aug 20 2021.
Well it wasn't, in fact the gas was still with Peoples energy which has since stopped trading and my gas has now passed over to British gas, but meanwhile Neo are charging me for what appears both gas and electricity. I have left over 10 URGENT messages with the 'front desk' for a manager or someone with authority to call me back to sort this mess out. 3 weeks have gone by and no one has telephoned me back. I also have been e-mailing help@neo-energy.co.uk for 3 weeks and they reply saying they will contact me and still nothing. I have now reported this to Ofgem and cancelled my direct debit to Neo. If they want me to pay, they now need to call me, to sort out this mess. Neo have already cost me money by NOT switching my gas back in April, as now with British Gas I am paying a lot more..... Neo Energy if you read this complaint. See you in court. Neo Energy are a scam outfit and fraudulently taking money from people. I tried to access my Neo Energy A/C on line but was told my password was wrong, so I tried to reset it and their website tells me that a link has been sent - well no link is received. More lies from a very unprofessional company with ZERO customer service.......

I've been with Neo-Energy since the beginning of 2021, I have requested a statement more times than I care to remember, I have done this via email, via message on their website and via telephone. I simply get the same response "I will get someone to call you, I will mark your request urgent"
They were also suppose to take over both Elec and Gas, but only took over one of them, it's been a bloody disaster. Perhaps, Martin should call them out on his amazing TV show.
