I think the email address should be: competitions@usborne.co.uk (not dot com). The Dot com address bounced back on me and I have the .co.uk address saved from previous competitions.
(Although, saying that, when I followed the link from their website, it said .com and seemed to send alright, it was only when I typed it in that it bounced, so it's possible that I just mistyped! )4
