Hi all
Sorry if this has been asked before but I can't find it from a search.
I ordered a load of testing kits for our holiday. I made a mistake and cancelled some but they were still sent. According to their website I can return unused kits so I sent 4 back and they have been signed as received on 22nd September.
I don't know if anyone else has dealt with them but it is impossible to speak to anyone. A phone number I found just has lots of options and a recorded message for each one, no option to speak to a person.
I have emailed asking when I can expect a refund and had no reply. I had to email their support email as the contact form doesn't have the appropriate options to select.

Thanks in advance.Your refund should have been processed by now (14 days from delivery unless you sent proof of dispatch). How did you pay? It may be worth disputing the payment with your card provider, giving all the evidence of posting/cancellation/delivery that you can.- When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then:
- If the saliva/NPS collection kit has been dispatched to you, your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the saliva/NPS collection kit back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the saliva/NPS collection kit back to us. For information about how to return a saliva/NPS collection kit to us, see clause 8.2.
- In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind.

I cancelled as soon as I made the first order, then ordered everything again. However, their website doesn't mention anything about that anyway, it just says you can return unused kits.
I paid by credit card so might have to go to them.
