Double glazing window repair (wooden frames)

Hi guys

With the kids somewhat old enough they are no longer drawing on the walls, I'm looking to start resonating the house. One major issue we have is the windows. They are all I'll fitted but causing problems in the bedrooms as mould grows on and around the wooden frames. Also, the double glazing has failed which leads to bad condensation (and what I guess causes the mould).

Can't afford to get the windows replaced so thinking maybe we can get them repaired instead? This was we can renovate the house a little and not have the hard work undone but dodgy windows leading to lining paper pealing off and mould.

Just wondering if anyone know much about fixing double glazing in a wooden frame? I had someone come over to fix the sliding back glass but he said he couldn't do it because of the frame. Wanted to ask here first before calling around as tradesman seldom answer their phone nowadays.

Got any pictures of the problem windows ?
I have (had) timber framed DG windows with aluminium frames to hold the sealed units in place. Most of the units have blown and the rubber seals & hinges are on their way out. With the timber starting to rot, replacement was the most sensible solution. Money being tight, replacing the whole lot in one go wasn't an option, so I've been replacing them in stages.
As I'm also adding internal wall insulation (wrapping it round the window reveals), it kinda makes sense to replace the windows as each room is done. Also doing a bunch of other stuff in each room as I go and finishing off with a full replaster & paint.

Thanks. The double glazing has failed, condensation every morning which leads to the wood rotting and mould growing. I'm thinking of this can be patched up. Otherwise, if we do get the windows replaced, they'll look odd as the downstairs won't be done but the upstairs will (with black frames).

The frames are not looking too bad - No where near as much rot as I have.
A short term solution may be a film stuck to the inside. Something like this - https://www.wickes.co.uk/Wickes-Seasonal-Secondary-Glazing-Film---6m2/p/210014

If you do go down the staged replacement route and are concerned about mismatched colours, just paint the old frames.
