Euro car parks

Hello everyone some advice please I went up to Wolverhampton train station last week to drop my mother off long story short I have now received a ticket from euro car Parks because I parked on a car park and didn't get a ticket as it was all phone enabled I didn't have my phone with me neither did my mum so we weren't able to get a ticket I saw a lot of people doing the same thing I was literally there 15 minutes and came home and I've received a ticket today saying I need to pay £60 or £100 if I don't pay in the next 14-days I'm not sure what I should do can they actually enforce this ticket some advice would be great

Please read the newbies and complain to your MP. Please also read about these tickets where bye laws apply..You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
