Monitor problems. Can you help please?

Can anyone help me please? The view on my Samsung monitor with my Windows 10 PC has changed and now everything, including the toolbar, disappears off the right of the screen. I've tried restarting the machine and resetting the Samsung picture settings to auto, but still it persists. I'm sure it's a really simple problem, but I can't work out how to fix it
