Switched but due credit
Hello
I was with Igloo and started my switch to Octopus before the Energy crisis really hit. My switch went through on 26th September, but I haven't received my credit from Igloo (over £300). I've contacted Octopus, but they say Eon would deal with it. I saw that Martin Lewis advised not to switch in case you are caught in the cracks - which has happened to me! How do I get my £300 back? Are Eon obliged to pay me even though I wasn't an Igloo customer when they went bust?

Yup; EON are responsible but don't expect them to rush to deal with credits of customers who they haven't inherited. Could be (many) months!!0
