Old Hilton Honors CC Showing on Credit Report

I took out a Hilton Honors credit card through barclaycard in 2016 to take advantage of a hotel offer. I used the card a few times and redeemed the offer in January 2017. I believe the card has now expired (not 100% sure as I think I cut it up some years ago), but it still shows on all my credit reports despite me not using it in over 4 years. The limit is £12,000 which is fairly high in comparison to my income, do I have anything to worry about when it comes to an upcoming mortgage application? I've tried to close the account in the past, but because I don't have the CC number, I can't login to see my account.

That's correct. It will show for 6 years post closure.it still shows on all my credit reports despite me not using it in over 4 years.
You don't need the card number to close it. Just call them up to close it.
