Passport - laminate - classed as damaged?

I’ll still try get through, nothing speaker phone can’t solve and I can be getting on with other things in the meantime. I’m in no rush for it, I don’t mind the 10 week wait. Thanks.

I’ve got my photo done and got one of those digital codes, added it to the application online, ticked the damaged box to be cautious and explained it was due to wear and tear. So hopefully that’s all good. 

Had to send old passport, change of name deed and evidence of documents that I was using the new name, only thing is I have a gut feeling I put a wrong number on the reference number when I posted them special delivery, so I hope they still can associate the documents with my application as they have a mixture of old name, date of birth, new name and address on them. 

I also stupidly think I put my old name as the return information on the front of the special delivery envelope out of habit. 

Hope none of this causes problems.
