Help entering meter readings
Options
Ok maybe super simple but it’s not very obvious to me.
I have just switched to Scottish power from Orbit. I guess I was spoiled by Orbit’a excellent web site and communication.
Well, I’m about to enter my first readings after switch to Scottish and I’m puzzled which line is the day rate and which is night rate as their web site seems to omit such essential detail which could avoid possible issues.
anyone knows how to take a guess?
on my actual meter night rate is the top one but I heard this could differ.

what does the i button say for the two number boxes?
Call SP (freefone) and check with them?

That i button brings up the red sentence under the box, that’s all.0

Not sure why these providers make Economy 7 readings so difficult. I'd definitely call them. The last thing you want is to get them the wrong way around.

Shocking that 3 years later it still hasn't been addressed.

I still have a SP login (despite being with Symbio for almost two years) but as I have a single rate electric meter I only get the one box for meter read inputs.
However I found that calling them was always pretty painless (except for the wait on hold music) and a freephone number. Usually very pleasant Scots voices. Others here have nothing good to say about SP, though.0 -
Hi,you could try sending a message HERE.0

Resolved. I installed the app and there it says which box is day and night.
Must be some geniuses working over there.2
