I've had the TV Stand in the link for 3 months and noticed the top surface have started to develop bubbles.

Any idea why this is? I've contacted John Lewis to complain but would this be down to the humidity level? I noticed in the product specs it has a 'lacquered' finish.

Third image showing it the clearest, there are a few segments around the top surface.
