· No purchase necessary.

· Entrants must be resident in the UK and may not be employees and their immediate families of EMP, their agents, or anyone directly involved with the promotion.

· Entries on Twitter and Instagram are deemed eligible where they follow, repost and tag a friend in each of the promotional posts from EMP UK.

· Entries on Facebook are deemed eligible where they comment on the competition post from EMP UK

· Promotional posts will be displayed on the EMP UK Facebook page, EMP UK Twitter page or the EMP UK Instagram feed.

· Posts will be available until 23:59 Saturday 9th October 2021 and only the required actions taken on posts during those hours will be deemed eligible.

· No responsibility will be taken for lost, damaged, delayed or illegible entries.

· Only one entry is allowed per person per social platform.

· A winner will be drawn at random by an EMP representative.

· A winner will be chosen on Tuesday 12th October 2021 before midday.

· The winner is required to accept the prize within 24 hours of notification.

· In the event of non-acceptance, EMP will re-draw and select a new winner (the same acceptance period will apply for the new winner).

· The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

· EMP retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

· The judge’s decision will be binding and final and no correspondence will be entered into.
