Hi
i know that a T symbol is sometimes used to signify legal responsibility over a shared border with a neighbour. Can anyone help me out with what this symbol means please? There’s no key on the document and I don’t understand what the numbers are either. FYI 1 is the front yard, 2 is the house - not sure what 3 & 4 are as that, at least now, is just the back garden of the property. It’s the symbol on the shared border I’m most interested in deciphering however.
Many thanks in advance.

The "S" mark over a line is sometimes used to indicate two parcels are joined for some purpose. So here it could mean that the small rectangle at the bottom of the S is part of parcel 4 labelled at the top of the S.2

I would guess this is indicating the small rectangle is included with the larger area numbered '4' - but the text of the title would need to be read to understand the context and to confirm whether or not that is correct.
