Has anyone been paid for their trade-in to Currys re September's buy-a-PC and we'll take your laptop

Hello, looking for advice. Bought a new desktop PC from Currys last month, price qualified for a £150 trade in payment for my old laptop, gave it's specs via website and received confirmation of value with trade in reference number and link to pre-paid address label. Posted off along with copies of the trade-in offer and receipt for newly purchased PC. Royal Mail confirmed delivery of laptop on 21 September. Since then, nothing from Currys. Phone call to customer services last week unproductive, lady stated they had nothing to do with trade-ins couldn't or wouldn't give an alternative phone number but did provide an email address. Sent email with details of PC purchase, trade-in agreement and Royal Mail delivery confirmation 5 days ago, no reply to date. Anyone else in the same boat?
