You haven't yet looked at any other WS? We have them here in the dozens every week.  Look around.  All threads are about court and maybe 50% are about old PCNs where the person has no idea.

Just out of interest, the photos i have posted below are the only photos with signs visible that they've sent me after my SAR.
The wording isn't visible in any of them, even the main photo of the sign, no matter how much you zoom in, the wording can not be read other than the large font at the top. How can they even take me to court on this evidence?
Is there a chance that they could have other photos of signage that they haven't provided me with?

Surely it's against my benefit for me to attached photos of the signage with the wording clearly visible, that i have taken, in my WS?

A Data Subject Access Request is a request to see your personal data.

Signs displayed at a car park are not your personal data so they had no need to send you pictures of signs as a result of you sending them a SAR.

That second one is the closest close up they have.  I'd also be saying there's no evidence what the little signs in front of the bays say. Maybe they conflict, who knows?  Maybe the small sign says that 15 mins grace is allowed to fetch a permit...

This is the Claimant's claim to prove.

So you DO have an idea what and where this is about and what their signage evidence looks like from 2016, but no idea what happened or who parked.  You know more than many other posters.  Read plenty of other UKPC Court threads.

So you have plenty of facts you can say.  This was why you got the SAR, to help you at this stage.

THE SIGNS ....... Are UKPC now operating postage stamp car parks ???

Did the BPA visit this car park ...... clearly not ???

That's the first problem for DCBL

The second problem for DCBL is the fake add-on.  DCBL are ignoring government who state the fake add-on is banned

The third problem for DCBL is that they sign a statement of truth about a fake

The fourth problem for DCBL is the SRA .....   adding fake amounts

And the 5th problem for DCBL ......UKPC are now using other legals, does this mean that UKPC have no trust in DCBL ????

Seems they are using DCBL AS A PUBLIC convenience. Even legals can be scammed

No need for a witness statement, I have received an email from DCB Legal saying the claimant has informed them that they wish to discontinue the claim and vacate the scheduled hearing.

I would have been very surprised if they went ahead with it based on the photos and evidence they provided to me.

Another win, 2 out of 2 now thanks to this forum.

Thank you, I appreciate all the help.

Yay, that's another win.  What a great feeling for you, especially when you probably felt you started off stressed and 'all at sea' and are now a veteran on the forum.  Please do come back and post help for others where you can, we need more people like us and not everyone has experienced a claim (two) like you have, and can advise people that our advice really does see off court claims.

ANOTHER UKPC ONE BITES THE DUST!
