    Worst case I knew of was that my brother spent the day in the pub waiting to complete whilst the kids were at school. The dog knocked the cat carrier over and their cat 'went home' fortunately an ex-neighbour took him in and let my brother know.
    Unfortunately, it is the other way round. The conveyancers seem to have forgotten that they even have a client as they have ignored his instructions completely throughout the entire process. Why he hasn't sacked them (despite advice to do so) is totally baffling to me! This is a shoddy online conveyancing factory who seem to think that they can just do things when they feel like it! 

    We are not prepared to take the risk. Much as I love my hometown, where we are supposed to be moving back to, I dont love it enough to spend a week homeless under the pier!
