Can I send my original property lease to HM land registry when they have requested a certified copy?

FWIW, when I've needed copies of documents certified by solicitors (although not leases) - the smart firms with nice offices and/or flashy websites wouldn't do them. It probably didn't generate enough of a fee for them to be interested.

I found that it tended to be the solicitors in the 'down-market' parts of a town, with offices above a shop - and no website - who were more willing to do this.

But maybe they might not have high-spec photocopiers that can copy large format pages. But perhaps you can agree with them that you'll get the plan copied, and then they'll compare the copy and the original and certify the copy.

Thanks you, interesting list of choices certainly will give more possibilities.

I’m just not sure how to make the copy due it’s size and shape.

It doesn't have to remain that size. They always get shrunk down to A4.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
