I AM WITH UTILITA AND THEY HAVE OVERCHARGED ME FOR MY ELECTRICITY USAGE THEY HAVE CHARGED ME £191.79 FOR ELECTRIC AND I HAVE ONLY USED £89.67 IN ELECTRIC I HAVE SPENT 4 HOURS TODAY WITH UTILITA AND NO ONE AT UTILITA ANSWERED TO PHONE ALL I GOT WAS THE SAME RECORDED MESSAGE AND I HAVE EMAILED UTILITA 2 TIMES ABOUT THIS AND UTILITA HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS THAT I HAVE SENT TO THEM

You may not realise that typing in uppercase uses twice as much electricity as typing in lowercase. That may be the problem
Seriously though. To get a better understanding, please let us know1) What bills you have been sent and whether they contain actual readings or estimated reading2) What readings you have taken3) What amounts you have actually paid to them0 -
