Beefeater reward points & vouchers warning.

Hi all,
Anyone else having a problem with Beefeater Rewards, 50% off Promotion vouchers not being sent as promised, Rewards points not being extended as promised ?
Also be warned to to check your reward points are not going out of date as they do not seem to be warning members these days.
Is there anyway to talk to customer services ( or guest relations as they call it ) about queries these days as online and Facebook get no answers?
Still Good food and staff at the restaurant's but cant say its the same with customer services at head office.
