Parking Charge Notice to Keeper Gatwick Airport

Hello, I have just received a PCN from NCP for dropping someone in a 'red route' at Gatwick. the date of the 'incident' is shown as 10/9/21 and the date of 'sending the notice' is 4/10/21. Can anyone advise if that is outside any time frame governing these tickets? Thanks!

Yes.

The exact words are in the NEWBIES thread first post unless a keeper knows it is non-POFA and wants to add 'your NTK is non-POFA so I can't be held liable'.
