High Street Charity Bank Account recommendations

Hi. Due to Covid we have moved our Charity bank account online with Natwest. However, it doesn't allow duel signatories which obviously puts us at risk of potential misappropriation of funds.
Can you recommend a high street bank account for charities that is free and has duel signatories. We are a PTA with average turnover but use BACs for our parents to buy tickets etc so the charges would wipe out profit.
We have tried Barclays but they are not accepting new accounts! Thanks
