Not received prize from Virgin Radio UK - Can't get in contact

Hi all, wondering if someone could help me/offer advice...
So I amazingly won £1000 worth of sykes holiday vouchers from Virgin Radio UK and got a call from a private number on 2nd August this year where they told me my prize and I confirmed my email address and postal address. Since then I have received nothing on my email or in the post. I stupidly realise I should have asked for a name or contact number on the phone back in August but haven't won a radio prize before.

The past 2-3 weeks I have called up their studio number 50+ times to noone answering/eventually disconnecting. I have left a voicemail and also numerous messages on twitter, instagram and facebook. I've also emailed the group they belong to twice info@wireless.co.uk I have rung up reception aswell but they can only put me through the studio and have no numbers. I have received no reply at all.

I am not sure what to do now...I was wondering if was worth writing a letter? Or contacting someone who works there on linkedin? Do I report to advertising standards? Any advice would be great!

I would imagine the prize will be sent and dealt with from Sykes. Have you tried contacting them and explaining what has happened?

If you get no satisfaction, you can complain through the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority).
