LPA - discount / remission based on income question

Options
Hello,

I am getting LPAs done for my parents (both health and finance) and I can see that my Mum can apply for a 50% discount given her income is less than £12k.

She receives dividends and interest and is receiving state pension (started this year) and also will be starting a part time job soon.  All her income in total will certainly be below £12k for this tax year (as was the case for last tax year also).

We are confused what evidence we need to provide as she never has had to file a self assessment.  She doesn't receive any statement for the dividends she receives (which are all in her ISA) and the interest on savings statements do not get produced until later in the tax year.

So what evidence is required in her case?

Thanks

I just used to submit bank statements, benefit / pension letters showing the figures and you'll need to screen print proof of the dividends.

You could always call and ask what they would accept.
