Club Lloyds cinema tickets not sent

My sister has told me that she's out of cinema tickets now & she hasn't had the latest round sent via email as normal. I checked the last email she sent me to be printed off & they expired 13-Sept-2020 so her new lot should've landed in her inbox last month but nothing there.

How does she go about getting them to issue new ones? From memory they're different to Lloyds as i'm sure my mum tried getting in touch with Lloyds about it and they told her they don't deal with it, so how do you get in touch?

Has she not had an email? I received one last week stating my new benefits would start October 31st and they’d send vouchers then

Get her to check her Junk Mail, just in case, though you wouldn't expect it to go there.

Most systems automatically clear junk mail after 30 days too, so even that check may not answer your query fully.

Ringing the helpline number offered above probably the most proactive route.

Presumably she has selected them when invited to choose the coming year's perk?
