Bookmark folder deleted in error

I use Chrome browser, Windows 10 laptop, and this morning deleted a bookmark folder in error.

Have checked online but doesn't seem possible to recover the folder.

Does anyone have any ideas or is it not possible.

have you ever exported the bookmarks to a html file? going forward, it gives you a sort of backup.

@cx6 Unfortunately folder wasn't backed up, wasn't sure how to do it.

Thanks @[Deleted User]  have checked the link, but unable to find 'library' on my PC.  Is this an extension?

I did, unfortunately wasn't sure where I was searching.  Tried Google and looking at the top right Menu button, but couldn't find anything.

maybe try this,

To show libraries on File Explorer, use these steps:

1. Open File Explorer.
2. Click the View tab.
3. Click the Navigation pane menu.
4. Select the Show libraries option. Source: Windows Central.
5. Confirm the libraries in the navigation pane. Source: Windows Central.

Hi, thanks for your response, have found library in File Explorer.  Didn't realise it was stored there.

I will check out the link and see whether instructions work.
