WOODFORD CLAIM

Why do you think you are entitled to anything?
Woodford's funds were investments, they go up and down with no entitlement to your money back if they go down.
I held some and haven't registered.2 -
Do I really need to register with a claims company to receive redress on the Woodford claim.
No-one is currently receiving redress. Several claims companies are attempting to sue various people but there have been no successes yet.
I should be entitled to lost funds without parting with 30%What makes you think you are entitled to anything?
Investments go up and down and losses do not entitle you to claim your money back. Woodford invested in a high level of illiquid assets for a UK equity income fund and it didn't pay off. However, it was known that he invested in them and you make your choices to use that fund or not.
If you received regulated advice, you could complain that the adviser failed to take that into account (warnings were issued to advisers that used certain services back in 2017 that it should not be used due to high levels of illiquid assets). If you didn't use an adviser and invested on the back of your own research, then you are responsible for your actions.
If you want to jump on a bandwagon in the hope that a legal case can be made then you will need to go with the team that you think will be successful.

I wonder if I can claim for all my investments that haven't worked out. That would certainly take the risk out of it!

I recommend all investors who lost their savings when Woodford collapsed joins the new Facebook Group called "The Woodford Campaign Group" to see what other investors are doing and to share the latest information.0
