Shell Energy - can they switch my tariff without notice during a fixed tariff?
Options
Joined Shell Energy in Nov 2020 on their ‘Energy January 2022 v4 Economy 7’ tariff, fixed to end of Jan 2022. Had smart meter installed end of Feb 2021. Since my last bill they have moved me, without consent, to the ‘Energy January 2022 v4 Single rate’ tariff, still fixed until January 2022 but not E7.
Can they do that? Next steps?

That's not really a change of tariff, just a different version of the same tariff. As has been said, probably just an error.0
