Another BR Question!

Hi all - hope this situation isn't too complex as other advice areas simply haven't been able to confirm.
About to apply for BR - Ex wife left me with a lot of debt and as I'm in a new relationship, I'm wanting to wipe the slate clean so to speak.
Now, I've done my income and expenditure and tried to be as accurate as possible given the circumstances.
However, my partner, its her house, and we've been living together for a year now. We have a agreement that as she bought the house with a very considerable deposit provided as a gift from her parents, before we met, I pay "housekeeping" and included in that is what we call a "token rent", but it is agreed that I have no financial interest in her house.
I have my daughter at the weekends and school holidays, and so she has the exclusive use of a bedroom. Obviously uses water, electricity and gas, so I pay a little bit more than bills etc being split half way down the middle.
First question is - will the OR make any question about a financial interest in the house? It isn't in joint names and we aren't married, nor is there any formal agreement that my contributions towards housekeeping etc goes towards the house.
Other questions are - will the OR allow me to contribute a small amount over my half of bills / housekeeping etc for the fact of my Daughter?
Also, in regards to food and petrol, as my daughter has a special diet, my food shopping for her I guess you could say is a little bit more than a usual shop. Is this taken into account? Same as for allowances for clothes, presents, etc. Do they work on a pro rata basis?
Petrol - Especially with petrol prices going through the roof, purely driving to her school to come home, then driving her back to her mom's and then driving all the way back home again every week is costing £100 a month - and that's before work! Will the OR want to see receipts in petrol and mileages (which can be provided)?
And - As the Council tax is in Joint Names, this won't be written off, but would the OR make a calculation that allows for my contribution towards CT to continue?
Lastly, will the OR demand to know what my partner earns or how much her mortgage is to check my Income/Expenditure? I've tried to keep her out of all this as much as possible but she appreciates by being honest we can get through it, but she just doesn't want to be potentially liable for anything that, well, she shouldn't be.
Any help with this little lot would be awesome.
Thanks

Hi,
Are you sure that bankruptcy would be the best solution for you? It's a big step.
Before taking any action, I'd recommend that you contact one of the free debt help agencies - StepChange, National Debtline or Citizens Advice. Have a chat with one of their advisors and see what they suggest for your particular circumstances.
I always recommend StepChange as they helped me to get out of a terrible financial mess a few years ago and now I'm back on track. And a lot happier!
The link - https://www.stepchange.org/
You should prepare a list of your incomings and outgoings before you phone and be prepared to speak to someone for about 45 minutes to an hour. In my case it was time very well spent.
The phone call is free, their services are free and they are kind, extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as being non-judgemental.
They'll be able to give you an independent opinion of your best way forward. And if that means bankruptcy, then they can help you to apply for that as well.
They help so many people with bankruptcy, they will be able to answer all of the questions you pose. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. Although I do carry out careful research before posting and never intend to mislead or supply out-of-date or incorrect information, please do not rely 100% on what you are reading. Verify everything in order to protect yourself as you are responsible for any action you consequently take.1 -
Hi, thanks - It is Step Change who have recommended BR in my instance but couldn't give any advice as per above questions.0

You have no beneficial interest in the house as you are not married. You are allowed to contribute towards it though.
If I were you, I would not disclose your partner’s income (say that she refuses) and just do your own income/expenditure, then none of these concerns will be a problem.
Petrol – they won’t need receipts. If they query why it’s so high then just explain why.
Yes you will be expected to contribute towards council tax so this expense will be allowed.
