I've just had a new Wren quartz worktop installed, all looked good after it had been fitted and I signed the check off sheet and the installers took photos. Unfortunately a few hours later I noticed a small crack in the quartz that looked like it had been filled in so was very difficult to see straight away. I've been in touch with Wren and taken photos etc, they've just responded today saying nothing can be done as I signed off the check sheet and the chip can't be seen on the installers photos. I've retaken photos from the same angle stating the chip can't be seen unless you are very close up. Please could somebody advise my rights etc with demanding a repair?

If an already damaged worktop was fitted, or they chipped it after fitting, then you are entitled to have it put right.  Ask them to come out and take a look.  If they refuse, speak to your credit card company (if you paid at least £100 of the price on credit card) or finance company if you took out finance for it.
