Complete 7500 steps today will do better tomorrow, I did enjoy getting out early this morning. Will aim to get out for a walk everyday either in the morning or at lunchtime if working from home, will break up the day and get me away from the laptop. Also going to look at another form of exercise I can do at home yoga maybe, a few times a week to get different muscles moving and stretching.
Make another over payment of £37.97, eBay was kind on the weekend. Should hit my target of £120.00 by the end of the month.
Eaten from the fridge/freeze/cupboards again today, will need bread tomorrow, Mr d used the last to make his sandwiches for work tomorrow.
Have to pick up one of my Christmas orders tomorrow from store, all paid for, normally would go on the store account and I would have had it delivered, didn't want to pay the £3.99 delivery, so arranged for a day to collect when I would be passing the store.

Well done on the steps. It all helps. I went to the park yesterday walking my dog. It was beautiful. Wins all roundAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Having never suffered with any form of anxiety until "Covid lockdown" I can empathise to some extent how you feel. (still feel mildly agoraphobic myself).
If you can get to about 10k steps a day that really starts to make a difference to how you feel mentally and physically. I find early morning, or early afternoon the best time to stretch my legs (not much traffic about, kids in school, lull moments of the day).
I think very many people are suffering from anxiety after lockdown, I am trying to not let it beat me. I went out about 6.15am this morning and I had MR D on the mobile as I walked to keep me company, tomorrow I will go by myself.
Just read your later post.... 7.5k steps, that's a great result!
Anxiety - I'll beat it at some point, never had anything like this before, don't ever really remember being nervous about going out. The doggo gives me confidence and something to concentrate on when out and about.Life isn't about the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away. Like choking....2 -

Manage just over 7500 steps yesterday, more conscious that I need to get the step in, yesterday instead of parking in the staff carpark, I park at the top of the hill and walked down to the office and them back up later. Took a while to get my breath back when I walk up thought, little challenge for me here I think, walking up that hill without getting out of breath. Challenge accepted.
Bunk beds were collected last night so have £80.00 towards the day bed I want to get for my office/spare bedroom. Not in any rush to get one, will find the right one when I am least expecting to.
No early morning walk for me today, going to be a lunchtime walk along the seafront in a town about 17 miles away where I have a meeting this morning. Will be interesting to see how far I get as it is normally very busy there with people strolling about.
Few eBay sales over night so will package them up late this evening ready to post tomorrow and I have a parcel to pick up on the way to my meeting.
Will be eating from the fridge/freeze/cupboards today following our meal plan.
Have a good day all.

Friday did not got to plan, didn't get my seaside lunchtime walk, did manage a quick evening walk.
Saturday I went for a long walk with Mr D which was lovely and we were out for about 2 hours and did more that 10,000 steps. We went out early in the morning, back just after 10am so had the rest of the day to recover. The rest of Saturday was spent doing a bit of house work and we went and did the grocery shop, spent £25.00 on vegetables, fruit, milk, bread and some cleaning products. Dinner was pizza out of the freezer with home made wedges and coleslaw.
Today Mr D has been out on his bike most of the morning and I popped into town and did a bit of Christmas shopping and picked up some wrapping paper. This afternoon I have wrapped the few gifts I have bought, wrapped eBay parcels and done some listing. Dinner is beef casserole using up vegetable from the fridge and beef that needed using from the freezer and there will be some left over for lunches next week, I think it tastes better the next day.
Have a few auctions ending tonight so hopefully a nice amount go to towards Barclaycard next week.

Really impressive on the steps and getting out. Hopefully the more you do it without issue the more your confidence will grow.

@Doris17 - the "hill at work" challenge seems like a good benchmark to start with, great news on the steps over the weekend.
A little bit of something good is better than nothing at all, so don't worry too much in the days when you don't hit that 10k target.
2k steps is a mile(ish), so a target of 5 miles when hit, is something to be happy with. My 2x walks a day get me to 8k steps. Silly things like having a wander round the garden for a 5 minute screen break from work whilst having a cuppa tops me up from there.Life isn't about the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away. Like choking....2 -
Busy two days in work for me as I have annual leave the rest of the week. Not quite getting all my steps done in a day, I am trying and my DS has given me a watch that tracks steps ,have loved using this over the last few days and keep check on my step count. Weather dependant over the next few days we are planning a few long walks so finger crossed for no rain as today its been very wet and cold here. Got soaked when I went out and about earlier, happy I was working the rest of the day from home couldn't have sat in the office in wet clothes.
Need to make a payment to Barclaycard as I have just received my eBay payment only a small payment this week but every little helps.
Nice surprise n the post yesterday a gift card from my employer, my company run a long service award and I have just reached 10 years. Will go towards Christmas gifts and some nice treats over the festive period.
Booked my car in for a service and MOT for a week Friday, money has been saved up to pay which I am very pleased about.
